This wedding in Chateau Mcely is a perl my professional portfolio. Malika and Alexander, the brides, got married in Czech Republic in August 2014. And should say that this big day I will remember forever. I captured everything what one can associate with a true wedding: love and tears, sun and rain, romantics and joy. That was a well planned event with only professional venders participated.
The wedding of Alexander and Malika in Chateau, or better to say, preparations for the ceremony began early in the morning. There were some tricky options with the weather in Mcely. The plan of the bride was to arrange an outdoor ceremony in a lawn in front of Mcely, but the morning forecast was about to destroy the idea. Luckily Malika managed her emotions and decided to stick to the plan.
Personally I had no worries about the the weather, since my reach international practice of a wedding photojournalist says, that there is no space for brides to think about rain or sun. Everything is going to be the way they want! Moreover clouds for photography are more preferable than the bright sunbeams.
The ceremony in Chateau began after the noon, when Mcely castle and the lawn were amply rewarded with rain. The guest and the groom were waiting for the bride to start the wedding ceremony. And with her first steps from the doors, huge drops of rain started to fall through the sunbeams watering everything around. Some people say that such performances of mother nature are to happiness of the couple, but I’m sure that it could happen only to happy couples. You know why? Because the moment becomes unique and unexpected. Just the right mood a destination wedding in Czech Republic.
Lots of sincere words were uttered during the ceremony in the Chateau, smiles given and emotions shared. The bride and groom were shining like real start. Do you know the phrase: to boggle the mind? Thanks to Alexander, I have a visualised copy of this idiom.
Malika replied to Alexander’s question “What am I doing?” he posted in my Instagram with the following: “You are marring me in Chateau Mcely!”
As any wedding the event in Chateau Mcely had in plan a photo pause, so that all the guests could have a picture with lovely brides. Though it was not too long and step by step from the lawn the event move inside. In the restaurant everything was ready for the party to begin.

Style and decor
The MC together with wedding planners compiled evening program that took into account not only the interests of younger part of the guests, but also lots of features adjusted to the interests of the parents. There were lots of performances and surprises in Chateau Mcely that should better be described not in words, but in photos.
Wedding in Czech Republic — contacts and recommendations
With my warmest words of admiration I would like to point out the people who was working on this wedding. Such luxury events are always implementations of dreams and thoughts of the bride. Girls play the leading role in marriages and the big day in 99 cases is a girl’s day. It is arranged the way she would love to.

Chateau Mcely is a self-sufficient location with amazing decor and interior, gorgeous outdoor facilities. But, even in such places there are features to create so that the particular event would be absolutely individual. Therefore Malika and Alexander invited a professional decorator to make their idea of a “Travel wedding theme” come true.
This event was very international due to the fact that not only guests came to Czech Republic from different countries, but also half of the team involved had to cover some distance in order to get in the Chateau. I flew from Rome to Prague and than went to Mcely, the decorator from Kiev, the MC from St. Petersburg.
To sum up this story from Chateau I would like to thank you Malika and Alexander for the honour to be your wedding photographer in Mcely and for your trust. Thank you for your sincere love and open souls! You guests were as beautiful as you are so it was my total pleasure to capture all these precious moments of your first family day. Again, total respect and gratitude goes to Anna Libert and Dash Shpak and the rest of Honeywedding team for a well-planned event. We did our best to make this wedding in Chateau Mcely as amazing as it could only be. And we were a success!
